We use most of your existing furniture and update it with different décor/accessory pieces and a change of paint color or wallpaper. Starting at $450+

This is for my far away clients who don’t mind a DIY ( Do-It-Yourself) project. If you like to decorate but need assistance with sourcing furniture and décor pieces. You will get a virtual consultation via-Zoom, a 3D Moodboard , a space plan, and a Clickable shopping list  Starting at $240+ ^{(4hr min design time)}

What is Staging? The process of “staging” your property to make it more appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling the property more swiftly and for more money!

Occupied Home Staging is assisting the sellers of the property to emotionally and physically start detaching from the space. We will arrange your existing furnishings and decor of the property plus add more accessories to make it desirable to buyers. (Prices may vary. Rental of different accessories may affect the price)

Bronze Package– Up to 4 hrs. We focus on the Living Room, Dining Room, and Master Bedroom if time allows^* $480

Silver Package– Up to 7 hrs. We focus on the rooms int he Bronze package plus any additional space/area within that time frame^*. $840

*Bedroom- a typical bedroom size is defined as a 10′ x 12′ space. It does not include “separate areas” whether within foot print or partitioned off, but still considered as part of the bedroom area. Examples of “separate areas” include: seating spaces, nooks, lofts, over-sized closets, dressing areas, balconies and any other space connected to a bedroom or considered part of a bedroom suite. Price is based on homes of up to 1,800 Square Feet. Please call for a price quote on larger homes.
