Consultation
$250– This includes measuring of the space, discussion of the client’s wants and needs, color choices, and desired time frame of project completion. (REQUIRED AND DUE AT TIME OF BOOKING AND GOES TOWARD FINAL PROJECT COST)
Small Scale Design
A small scale space is considered a Foyer, Powder Room, Hallway, Laundry Room, or a Flex/Mudspace. This includes the measuring and styling of the space, plus installation of all decor items.
Space Makeover
We use most of your existing furniture (2 or more big furniture pieces) and update it with different décor/accessory pieces and a change of paint color or wallpaper.
Full Design
Our full design service includes: Space planning, Design Time, the selection and sourcing of furniture, lighting, paint/finishes, window treatments, wall art and miscellaneous décor pieces, and management of the entire project from beginning to installation.
Renovations
Everything from the full design service plus the selection of flooring, countertops, appliances, floor plan layout, and more!
E-Designs
This is for my clients who don’t mind a DIY ( Do-It-Yourself) project. If you like to decorate but need assistance with sourcing furniture and décor pieces. With this self paced service ou will get a virtual consultation via-Zoom, a 2D Moodboard , a space plan, and a clickable shopping list. Starting at $400+ (4hr min design time)
